Teacher Appreciation Week Donation Request
Dear Parents,
We will recognize and honor our school's hardworking, dedicated teachers for Teacher
Appreciation Week (May 6-10, 2024). We are planning a fantastic week for our Gulph
Elementary Teachers including a gift, a catered lunch and some other fun surprises.
If you would like to support our efforts in expressing gratitude for the outstanding Gulph staff, we are currently in need of monetary donations so that we can make this a truly special time for our teachers.
If you are able to do so, please send in your donation in an envelope marked "Teacher Appreciation" with your child. You may also contribute at the link in the QR code below. We will be accepting donations up until Teacher Appreciation Week, however, we would appreciate donations to be sent by Tuesday, April 19th for planning purposes.

Any additional funds will be carried forward to next year’s staff appreciation efforts.

Volunteer Clearances are needed for any parent/guardian who would like to volunteer their time in the classroom, field trips or any other additional school activity, including PTC events. We encourage all of our new and current parents & guardians to attain their volunteer clearances - your participation is crucial to our success.
UMASD utilizes a paperless application process through the Red Rover website (listed below). In the comments section you will find the 3 Clearances you must complete. Once you have received these three clearances you can then submit them on the Red Rover website.
